MUTAÇÕES NA CIÊNCIA DA INFORMAÇÃO E REFLEXOS NAS MANDALAS INTERDISCIPLINARES
Objetivos
- Apresentar uma ampla visão da ciência da informação, analisando conceitos, teorias, abordagens e o objeto de estudo da ciência da informação.
- Apresentar a ciência da informação na perspectiva das ciências sociais e da interdisciplinaridade.
- Identificar e analisar historicamente o percurso disciplinar da ciência da informação, seus marcos históricos, principais pensadores e pioneiros.
- Subsidiar a compreensão dos alunos de pós-graduação em ciência da informação sobre a importância do entendimento e da aquisição das competências necessárias ao trato da informação.
- Mostrar a ciência da informação no contexto do PPGCINF como atividade especializada, voltada à discussão da organização da informação e da comunicação e mediação da informação no contexto da gestão da informação.
- Compreender o papel da informação na sociedade contemporânea, da ciência e da tecnologia, intitulada Sociedade da informação.
Procedimentos de Ensino: O curso será ministrado em regime remoto emergencial, com atividades síncronas e assíncronas, mediado pela Plataforma Teams. Está dividido em 4 módulos de ensino, cada qual com três temas selecionados, que serão objeto de debate, a partir de leituras indicadas, seguindo o cronograma abaixo. As discussões serão conduzidas pela professora, a partir da apresentação de um texto por estudante, sendo no máximo 3 apresentações de 15 minutos cada por aula. Para finalizar o conteúdo modular, o estudante deverá entregar um trabalho individual de três páginas no mínimo em papel de tamanho A-4, margens 2 cm, espaçamento simples, contendo a síntese do conteúdo apresentado. É facultada a entrega de um artigo de revisão (publicação que resume, analisa e discute informações já publicadas) seguindo a NBR 6022 (Artigo em Publicação Periódica Científica: Apresentação) sobre o tema da disciplina.
Procedimento de Avaliação: a avaliação e a frequência serão registradas a partir da entrega dos 4 trabalhos individuais. Cada entrega vale 2,5 pontos, totalizando o máximo de 10 pontos. Cada entrega vale 25% de presença, portanto, o aluno só poderá deixar de entregar um trabalho individual, sob o risco de reprovação por falta. A data da entrega está indicada no cronograma, entretanto, a fim de considerar a possibilidade de problema no envio do trabalho, em casos excepcionais a entrega poderá acontecer em até uma semana após a data indicada.
